MaxNet System which is operated by James Ma and Jacky Wu, is a faked US company that imported L7's InstantScan from TZLI and sold it in the name of Layer-7 Switch (contract: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) However, James Ma accepted a good salary from TZLI but delayed the payment to TZLI (evidence: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H). James Ma also operates MaxSec China to do re-engineering part of L7's source code to sale their poor-quality product to MaxNet which cannot control Skype/P2P. With evidence provided by MaxNet's end-users and RMA service in Advantech/Aewin BJ (1/2/3/4), L7 has contracted lawyers in China to raise the sue to MaxNet Systems and Max Security China. Using a faked US company, copying L7's patented technology in their white papers, and announcing the faked Quad-128 ASIC, are inevitably the hard evidence for their customers to request compensation (1,2,3,4,5,6)
